Are you an experienced Contracts Manager or a Project Manager ready to take the next step, we have an opportunity for you to join a leading Tier 1 Developer who are currently looking to add a Contracts Manager to their growing team.
About the role of Contracts Manager
As the Contracts Manager you will be overseeing up to 3 large new build Residential sites with a mix of timber frame and traditional build. You will be managing a team of Project and Senior Site Managers and reporting directly to the construction director and contribute success to the region.
Requirements:
- Previous Contracts management experience on high volume new build residential sites
- Strong new build background with a national residential developer or main contractor
- Good technical understanding while being up to date on building regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong Ability to manage multiple sites at once
- £85,000 - £95,000 salary
- Excellent benefits package
