What the day will look like
As a Research and Consulting Associate some of your key responsibilities will involve:
- Gathering information about target markets, through online research, use of internal source data, and interviews with market participants
- Analysing source data (e.g. regulatory disclosures, company reports, and national statistics) to understand the size of insurance markets, growth trends, and segmentation into products and customer types
- Presenting the conclusions of research and analysis in a variety of formats: data visualisation through charts and tables, written reports, slideshows, and in person
- Taking individual responsibility for some projects and collaborating with colleagues on others
- Managing specialist language researchers where these are needed

Skills and experience that will lead to success- Proficiency in MS Office suite including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience in / understanding of insurance or other financial services
- Qualification through a university degree or similar experience
- Proven research and analytical skills
- Numeracy and an eye for detail
- Ability to work effectively both in a team and individually
- Power BI experience
