- About the Role
As the Accounts Receivable Manager, you'll be a key player in overseeing the end-to-end AR process, managing a dedicated team, and ensuring timely collections and accurate reporting. You'll collaborate closely with finance and operations teams to improve processes, enhance customer relationships, and support company growth.
- Key Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and motivate the Accounts Receivable team
- Monitor, assess, and improve AR processes to ensure efficient cash flow
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, resolving account issues proactively
- Prepare accurate AR reports for management review
- Work cross-functionally to streamline billing and collection procedures
- Proven experience in Accounts Receivable or Credit Control, with strong management skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- High attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset
- Proficiency with accounting software (ERP systems a plus)
