Reporting directly to the CFO, you will play a pivotal role as a senior leader within the organization, collaborating closely with other members of the Senior Leadership Team. This established company enjoys significant brand recognition across the UK.Recent changes in the senior leadership team have opened up this exciting opportunity for an external candidate.
As a core member of the finance team, you will have a crucial role in setting financial standards and defining the company’s future goals. This hybrid role is ideal for a hands-on professional eager to challenge the status quo and contribute to a dynamic and experienced finance team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead budgeting and forecasting initiatives across the region.
- Ensure timely delivery of reports in collaboration with the compliance team.
- Oversee external audits and manage relationships with other financial service providers.
- Develop and maintain clear, consistent accounting policies throughout the organization.
- Collaborate with the Executive Team to shape strategies for sustained growth.
- Implement best-in-class systems, processes, and methodologies.
- Propose innovative changes and improvements to enhance the finance function.
Requirements:
- ACA qualification.
- Proven experience in finance leadership.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with personnel at all levels.
- Capability to balance budgetary constraints while delivering high-quality financial services to the organization.
