We are looking to attract a Real Estate Senior Associate (c.8+ years PQE) to join the Real Estate team at DWF, an award-winning global legal business.

Responsibilities:
- The successful candidate will gain exposure to a wide range of high-quality legal work, lots of client contact, and will benefit from the ongoing support from the team.
- Our Public Sector Real Estate team specialises in large scale development, regeneration and infrastructure projects acting for national and local government as well as a number of public private partnerships. We combine vast experience across the many different strands of the Public Sector, working both on behalf of public bodies, quasi-public bodies and institutions, as well as with private sector suppliers and partners that rely on them.
- Our team of real estate development lawyers work closely as part of a wider team with colleagues across the business to provide our clients with a full range of legal services in addition to core real estate including grant funding, planning and compulsory purchase, subsidy control, commercial and construction advice. DWF is delighted to have been appointed to the Crown Commercial Services framework for 'Wider Public Sector – Legal Services'. We are all the majority on public sector legal services panels enabling us to work nationally on large scale significant projects.
What will help you succeed in this role? :
- We are keen to hear from candidates who have a large-scale Real Estate regeneration, development or infrastructure experience whether that is acting for or working in the public or private sector. Public Sector experience however would be useful.
- Life at DWF is fast-paced so you will be an ambitious, self-starter who wants to take on more responsibility, works well as part of a team and who enjoys developing client relationships. Having a proactive approach and being able to operate in a high performing, busy environment is key to success in this role. We are also keen to hear from candidates who share our values of teamwork and client focus.
