You will have a NVQ level 1 or equivalent in a practical skill or care and GCSE/GCE or equivalent in Maths and English. You will be a team player and have skills in motivating others and experience in working in a healthcare setting. You will have good communication and negotiation skills, experience of group and individual session planning and delivery and IT skills.
You will have a range of practical skills particularly in cooking , gardening and domestic skills . Additional practical or creative skills are desirable. Additional duties will include animal care and maintenance tasks at our Spinney Meadow site.
