A skilled Quality Inspector is required for a major supplier to high-tech companies in the UKs Oxford/Cambridge Arc of Innovation and Technology. Supplying to a range of tech industries including Nuclear fusion, Space Technologies, Medical innovation, F1 and many other demanding industries.

We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and qualified Quality Inspector to take a 'hands-on' responsibility for all aspects of quality control from material supply through in-process inspection, to final delivery.

Typical daily duties/ responsibilities will incorporate:

• In-Process inspection (During Manufacture)
• Upkeep, Maintenance and calibration of metrology gauges and equipment to ISO9001
• Overseeing goods in/out inspection
• Raising and investigating NCRs with implementation of corrective/preventive measures
• Presentation of KPI statistics for monthly review
• Maintenance of ISO9001 accreditation as it relates to the production
• Hands on approach to dimensional inspection.

• Experienced in using a wide range of measurement equipment and programmable CMM
• Fully conversant with, and have experience of working within an ISO 9001 environment.
• Team focused with the ability to integrate and share knowledge with others.
• Promote and foster a quality culture throughout the business.

This a day shift opportunity Mon-Thurs 08:00-16:30 / 08:00-13:00 Fri

Salary: £35,000-£40,000 DOE.
