The Ideal Candidate:
- Has experience of working in a school setting.
- A Teaching Assistant qualification is desired but not essential.
- Is energetic, enthusiastic, caring, and dedicated.
- Is organised and able to use their own initiative.
- Works well as part of a team with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Is comfortable supporting pupils with SEN and behavioral needs.
- Goes above and beyond to support the learning and well-being of pupils.
Teaching Personnel is looking to recruit a Teaching Assistant to work in higher Key Stage 2 for one of our partnership schools located in WN2. As a Teaching Assistant, you will provide general classroom support wherever needed, including small group interventions and one-to-one support.
This role is required immediately and will run through to the end of the academic year, with the potential to continue into September for the right candidate.
