Job Description- Provide comprehensive support to the senior leadership team.
- Manage and coordinate diaries effectively.
- Organise and prepare for meetings and events.
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Ensure compliance with organisation's policies and procedures.
- Contribute to the overall success of the Secretarial & Business Support department.
- Participate actively in departmental and organisation-wide initiatives
The Successful Applicant
A successful Executive Assistant should have:
- A degree or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in a similar role within the Not For Profit sector.
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using MS Office and other relevant software.
- An ability to handle confidential information with discretion
