About Us:

Statom Group Ltd. is a specialist civil engineering firm specialising in Remediation, Groundwork, and Structures. We are currently seeking a dedicated and organised Maintenance Administrator to support our Plat department.

Role Overview:
As a Maintenance Administrator at Statom Group Ltd., you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our maintenance department. You will manage administrative tasks, coordinate maintenance schedules, and assist in the day-to-day operations of the maintenance team.

Your attention to detail and strong organizational skills will be key in ensuring that all maintenance activities are carried out efficiently and effectively. If you have a passion for administration and facilities management, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and Schedule Maintenance Tasks: Ensure the timely scheduling and tracking of maintenance work for various projects and equipment.
  • Record Maintenance Activities: Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, work reports, and inventory of supplies.
  • Assist in Budget Management: Support the management of maintenance budgets and monitor expenditures.
  • Track Work Orders: Help the maintenance team track work orders and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Liaise with Contractors and Suppliers: Communicate with contractors and suppliers to order necessary parts and schedule repairs.
  • Generate Reports and Documentation: Prepare and generate reports, documenting the progress and results of maintenance operations.
  • Health and Safety Compliance: Participate in ensuring all maintenance operations adhere to health and safety compliance requirements.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in administration, ideally within a facilities management or maintenance environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and maintenance management software (if applicable).
  • Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with contractors, suppliers, and team members.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to maintenance functions is a plus.

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break.

Requirements

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Maintenance Administrator or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Basic understanding of maintenance procedures and practices is preferred.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in a construction or engineering environment is an advantage.
