Your Role Will Include:
  • Supporting children with Autism, communication needs, and learning difficulties.
  • Adapting literacy and language-based interventions to aid development.
  • Helping non-verbal and speech-delayed pupils express themselves.
  • Working one-to-one or in small groups to deliver tailored learning.
  • Assisting with behaviour support and emotional regulation strategies.
  • Providing personal care and feeding support, depending on student needs.
  • Encouraging confidence and independence in all aspects of learning.
