Recruitment Coordinator
Salary: c.£30,000 per annum, depending on skills and experience

Hours: 37 per week, Monday to Friday, all year round

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator to join our People and Culture (HR) team at Kingswood School in Bath. This is a key position within a professional and friendly team supporting recruitment across the Kingswood Foundation (Nursery, Prep and Senior Schools).
The successful candidate will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting adverts and coordinating interviews, to ensuring all safer recruitment and pre-employment checks are completed in line with regulatory requirements. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining compliance and supporting an exceptional onboarding experience for new staff.
This role would suit someone with experience in HR administration or recruitment, or individuals with strong administrative and organisational abilities, excellent communication and IT skills, and a meticulous eye for detail. You’ll enjoy managing multiple priorities in a professional school setting and working collaboratively with colleagues across departments.
In addition to recruitment responsibilities, you will provide occasional cover for the wider People and Culture team, responding to general HR enquiries and assisting with employee records and compliance tasks during busy periods.
