Job Description
Provide PA support to assigned partners, including managing diaries, scheduling appointments, preparing weekly reports, and handling any ad hoc tasks as needed.- Deliver administrative support to assigned departments, including file management, updating the client database, scanning, photocopying, and assisting with ad hoc projects.
- Provide accurate and efficient typing services for all departments, including correspondence, reports, tenders, letters, and accounts.
- Attend meetings to take minutes and produce accurate records of the discussions.
- Format complex tenders and other documents to ensure consistency and standardisation across all administrative materials.
- Perform any other reasonable duties as required, including covering reception and facilities such as reception and switchboard, setting up meeting rooms, and stocking the kitchen.
- Educated to Higher Level (or equivalent) with a strong pass in English.
- Experienced in administrative or secretarial roles within a professional setting.
- Demonstrate excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Possess strong IT skills and be comfortable using various office software.
- Be able to work autonomously, take ownership, and ensures tasks are driven to completion.
- Enthusiastic, proactive, with a 'can-do' attitude.
- Used to working with digital and document management software.
