Are you an experienced Electrical Installation professional with a passion for teaching? A highly regarded college in Northampton is looking for a dedicated Electrical Installation Teacher to join our team and inspire the next generation of electricians.
The Role:
As an Electrical Installation Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching to students across a range of levels. You will support learners in developing the practical skills, theoretical knowledge, and industry understanding required for success in the electrical trade. The role will involve: ✔ Delivering engaging lessons in line with industry standards
✔ Teaching a mix of practical workshop sessions and theory-based classroom learning✔ Assessing and providing feedback on students' work to support their progress
✔ Encouraging and inspiring students to achieve their full potential
What We’re Looking For:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced electrician who is passionate about training the next generation. While a teaching qualification (such as a PGCE or Cert Ed) is desirable, we welcome applications from industry professionals who are willing to work towards their teaching qualification. Ideal candidates will have: Relevant Electrical Installation qualifications (such as NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)- Strong industry experience and up-to-date knowledge of electrical regulations
