You will be helping and assisting with Lettings and Property Management with their compliance, All property documents, dealing with AML's, EICR's, Fire Safety docs. ID's from tenants, speaking with solicitors verifying documents, referencing, dealing with landlord statements, as well as dealing with maintenance enquiries, on the phone and emails, property repairs, enquiries from tenants and landlords, invoicing and generally someone who is happy to help out where and when is needed.
