Denstone College have an exciting opportunity for a Learn 2 Swim Co-ordinator and Lifeguard to join our Learn 2 Swim team. You will report to the Facilities Manager and have the responsibility of overseeing our Learn 2 Swim programme whilst supporting the safe and efficient operation of our leisure facilities.This dual role involves managing swimming lessons, supervising swimming lessons, and ensuring a high standard of customer service and safety throughout our sporting facilities.
The Successful candidate will have:
- National Pool Lifeguard Qualification or willingness to obtain.
- Pool Plant Operator Certificate or willingness to obtain.
- Level 1 or 2 STA or Swim England qualification or willingness to obtain.
- Ability to dive to a depth of 2.8m (depth test provided)
