The Role
Are you an experienced content creator with a passion for innovative technology?
We are looking for a Senior Marketing Executive to join our Marketing and Events team. In this role, you will be producing written and visual content for our digital channels to increase our brand presence, engage our target audience, and support our business objectives.
You will have a sharp eye for detail, both in terms of language and visual presentation. You understand the importance of editing, formatting, and quality, ensuring that everything we put out meets our high standards.
This role will require in-person attendance in our Edinburgh office 3 days per week.
Key Responsibilities
This is a content creation-focused role spanning Speech Graphics and Rapport, in which you will be required to:
- Develop and execute content marketing strategies that align with company goals, target audiences, and product offerings
- Produce and edit high-quality content across multiple formats, including social media posts, blog posts, case studies, and email campaigns
- Collaborate with other teams including Product and Creative to produce visual content and ensure product updates are accurately communicated
- Support the management and monitoring of social media, engaging with content that mentions us, or is otherwise relevant to us
- Support content creation for events we attend, either in person or remotely
- Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
- Work closely with our Senior Marketing Executive and adjust your approach based on performance analysis (reach, engagement, click-through, etc)
- Assist in communication strategies and messages from senior stakeholders (internally and externally)
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging content marketing technologies
- Other tasks as deemed appropriate to achieve our goals

Requirements
Experience, skills and knowledge ✍️- Demonstrable experience in content marketing, digital marketing, or a related field
- Experience in using social media management, CMS, and email platforms
- Excellent research, copywriting, graphic creation and proof-reading skills with the ability to adapt to our brand tone of voice on differing platform
- Great organisational skills, the ability to multitask and work to tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and ability to collaborate effectively across teams
- Working knowledge of photo/video editing software
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
- Creative mindset that can take content from brief to delivery
- Effective communicator both written and verbally
- Willingness to take initiative and drive projects forward autonomously
- Interest in AI technology
- Legal right to work in the UK
- Full professional fluency in English (both written and spoken)

Qualifications/ memberships or equivalent 🎓- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Experience in B2B marketing
- Experience in the training and development sector
- Experience working with global products/brands, particularly in the US and Asian markets
- Experience in innovative technology sector(s)
- Experience with Canva or Adobe suite
