Retail Manager

• Lead and motivate the retail team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.

• Proven experience in retail management or a similar role.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
• Excellent communication skills; multilingual or bilingual abilities are advantageous.
• Proficient in administrative tasks related to retail operations.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
• Experience in supervising staff and managing team dynamics.
• A customer-focused approach with a passion for selling products and enhancing customer satisfaction.
• Ability to adapt to changing environments while maintaining high standards of service.
