We are a leading mental health and learning disability social care charity dedicated to providing high-quality care and support services. We are seeking a highly experienced and well-qualified Executive Secretary to provide essential high-level, high quality, administrative support to our Senior Leadership Team and Board of Trustees, working in a fast-paced, dynamic, environment.

The role

The primary objective will be to enhance the overall efficiency of our organisation by ensuring the timely and efficient completion of assigned administrative and other tasks required by Imagine’s Senior Leadership Team and Board of Trustees.

The post-holder will act as the primary point of contact for governance-related matters, handling sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. This role also supports the CEO in their capacity as Company Secretary, ensuring the organisation adheres to legal and regulatory requirements.

  • At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role, supporting senior management and/or boards, including minute-taking, scheduling, and correspondence management
  • Outstanding written and verbal skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Fantastic organisational skills, proficient in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams
  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics or proven equivalent literacy and numeracy skills.
  • Shown to be trusted handling confidential and sensitive information.
