Role Overview:
As a Learning Assistant, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of young minds and gaining valuable experience in a primary school in the Bath area. Your adaptable and interchangeable skills will be put to excellent use in classrooms, working closely with teachers and students to enhance the learning experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support educators in planning and delivering engaging lessons.
- Assist in classroom management and student engagement.
- Provide one-on-one and group assistance to students.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to create innovative learning resources.

The ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience working with children or in a role with transferrable skills. We may also consider the right candidate with strong personal experiences.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of students.
- A passion for education and a desire to inspire young learners.
- Excellent numeracy and literacy skills
- Available on a Short Term & Long Term basis
- Enhanced DBS Check and placed on the Update Service
- Fluent English language and writing skills as you will be working with additional needs.
