About the Role:
Sefton Supported Living offers a supported living service for people with learning disabilities, giving them the choice, control, and freedom to live as they choose. We have a modern bungalow in Southport that houses five tenants, with a large enclosed garden and beautiful decor.
Our supported living approach provides guidance and care to help residents build daily living skills and pursue their goals. It doesn't mean doing everything for them, but instead supporting them to have control over the assistance and equipment they need to live independently.
We also facilitate access to transport, health, education, and training opportunities. Residents are encouraged to engage in various leisure activities within their community. We partner with local groups, organise events, and help residents and their families plan their own activities.

About the Role:
As a Support Worker, you'll join a committed team that delivers high-quality care and support. This pivotal role involves:
- Assisting residents with daily living activities such as personal care, administering medication, and mealtime support.
- Organising and encouraging daily activities that contribute to residents' well-being, enhance their autonomy, and preserve their dignity.
- Offering companionship and positive reinforcement through meaningful interactions and active engagement with residents.
