Sewell Wallis is working with an innovative Scientific/ Sustainable business in Leeds, West Yorkshire, who is looking to recruit an experienced part-time Head of Finance (3 days per week).This is an exciting time to join as they expand their markets, and working closely with the CEO and Senior Management Team, the Head of Finance will be responsible for leading the companys financial strategy and overseeing all the day to day financial operations.

What will you be doing? Taking full ownership of the financial processes and controlsPreparing all budgets and forecastsPreparing monthly management accounts and month-end processesLeading treasury strategy and cash flow managementPreparing and presenting forecasts, reports and analysis to the board, stakeholders and key investorsSupporting the CEO in strategic decision making including the analysis of growth, cost benefit analysis of potential product launches, and other key business initiatives.Implementing KPIsLeading the financial evaluation of commercial deal structuresFinancial reporting and analysis and presenting to the boardWorking closely with external accountantsImproving processes and proceduresWhat skills are we looking for?Fully qualified Accountant, ideally ACA/CIMA/ACCAExperience of working with key stakeholders across non finance functions.Strong analytical skills and attention to detailExcellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Whats on offer?Hybrid working - 2 days in the office and 1 WFHCompetitive benefits packageFor full details please contact Emma Dugdale.To apply please send your CV, quoting our reference and specifying which website you saw this position advertised on.
