About the Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to enhance student learning and classroom engagement. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing one-on-one and small group support to children, including those with additional needs.
- Assisting with classroom activities to create an engaging and supportive learning environment.
- Helping students develop confidence and independence in their learning.
- Ensuring a safe and structured environment that encourages positive behaviour.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students and staff.
- The ability to build positive relationships and support children's development.
- A caring and enthusiastic approach to working with young learners.
- Commitment to safeguarding and student welfare.

- Location: Primary School, Macclesfield
- Role: Unqualified Teaching Assistant
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 3:30 pm
- Start Date: ASAP
- Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
