- Collaborate with the marketing team to guide the development of compliant marketing materials.
- Review and approve financial promotions, marketing materials and other communications to clients and external distributors to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Profile
A successful Marketing Compliance Specialist should have:
- A degree in Law, Business, Finance or a related field.
- Strong understanding of FCA financial regulations and compliance requirements in relation to financial promotions and client communications.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret regulatory requirements and their implications for the business.
- Exceptional communication skills to effectively liaise with various departments and regulators.
- A proactive approach to identifying and managing compliance risks.
