Event Operations Manager new - London
Oversee the companies training instituteReport directly to the Owner of the businessOversee and help organise events Organise 4 events per week with around 20-40 students per eventOversee the dismantling and removal of the event and clearing the space efficientlyLiaise and coordinate with suppliers and handle client queriesManage databases and social media platformsImplement and maintain procedures/administrative systemsEnsure insurance, legal, health & safety obligations are adhered toBusiness development to find ways to grow sales & profit

About you:
Outstanding organisational and co-ordination skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlinesExtremely flexible on working hours and travelling to eventsExcellent verbal and written communication skills and presentation experienceThe ability to work both individually and part of a teamActive user of social media networksExperience leading a team is advantageous
