Art Teacher
We are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Art Teacher to join our dedicated team at St Annes RC Voluntary Academy. In this role, you will have the opportunity to teach Art to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students, inspiring them to explore their creativity and develop their artistic skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured Art lessons that promote a love of learning and intellectual curiosity
- Assess students' progress and provide regular feedback to support their development
- Contribute to the design and provision of a dynamic, enriching Art curriculum
- Differentiate teaching approaches to meet the needs of all students, including those with special educational needs or English as an additional language
- Maintain a positive, inclusive learning environment that encourages students to participate and thrive
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Degree in Art or a related subject
- Excellent subject knowledge and a passion for Art
- Experience teaching Art at the secondary level, preferably in a Key Stage 3 and 4 setting
- Ability to plan and deliver lessons that engage and inspire students

- Creativity and innovation in lesson planning and delivery
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to professional development and continuous improvement
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
