ROLE: Senior Commercial LawyerLOCATION: Sheffield City Council/Hybrid
Rate: £60 - £70 an hour Umbrella
Contract Length: 3 Months ongoing
Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial contracts including supply agreements, service contracts, joint ventures, partnership agreements, licensing deals, and procurement contracts.
- Handle your own caseloads from start to completion in Commercial law.
- Manage and resolve commercial disputes.
About you:
- A qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Barrister with a minimum of 3 years PQE in Commercial Law.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong focus on commercial contracts, corporate transactions, and compliance.
