The Opportunity:

Clarion is entering an exciting phase in its evolution as it introduces a whole new approach to using data and technology across the group, to support delivering excellent customer outcomes. To strengthen the team, we are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to manage the delivery of multiple projects and product development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for working with internal customers and senior stakeholders to define requirements and outcomes.
  • Responsible for working with the application development team to define scope, effort, resource and timelines for project delivery.
  • Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
  • Ability to guide and coordinate with multiple technical teams working on different transformation tracks.
  • Identify, document and address risks, issues or scheduling conflicts.
  • Experience of working with Waterfall, Agile and hybrid development teams.
  • Manage capacity and future forecasting for both you and your team.
  • Ensure the appropriate technical designs are created to understand and manage risk, technical complexity and future proofing.
  • Responsible for ensuring strong business partnering with a strong customer focus.
  • Responsible for documenting and maintaining the technical architecture showing various aspects of customer engagement, data processing, integrations, analytics, and insights.
  • Help establish PMO function, best practices, templates.

Requirements

Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in project/programme management, managing multiple technology projects (including in software development and infrastructure).
  • Solid knowledge of software development lifecycle.
  • Solid project management skills and experience across Waterfall, Agile and hybrid methodologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional work teams toward task completion.
  • Good knowledge of technical architecture.
  • Demonstrable capability of understanding complex technical landscapes.
  • Partners with stakeholders; has the desire to work co-operatively to meet mutual goals; and seeks out and shares inputs from others.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals.
  • Detail oriented.
