Corporate & Commercial Senior Solicitor/Associate (2-7 Years' PQE) – Aberdeen

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert legal advice on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters
• Draft, review and negotiate complex contracts and agreements
• Assist clients with mergers, acquisitions and disposals
• Advise on corporate governance and compliance issues
• Support business development initiatives and foster strong client relationships

Requirements:

• 2 – 7 years' PQE in Corporate and Commercial Law
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
