Salary: up to £37,500 per annum + 10% bonus opportunity + company carWorking: Monday to Friday, 37.5hrs/week

Join Advantage Smollan's exciting new venture and be a key player in launching our new vape sales team. We're seeking an experienced Field Team Manager to lead and inspire our team of Business Development Executives. This is your chance to make a significant impact and help shape the future of our client's brand.
What to expect:
- Manage, train, and develop a team of approximately 12 Business Development Executives, fostering a culture of high performance and achievement
- Lead the field sales team, instilling a passion for results and driving strong ROI
- Develop team operating standards, utilizing field insights and data analysis to drive best practices and continuous improvement
- Embed and champion our client's values and our people promise principles across the team
- Ensure company standard operating systems are effectively implemented and utilized across all teams
- Effectively manage a geographically dispersed team, providing consistent support and guidance
You will need:
- A full manual driving license for at least 12 months
- Proven people management experience, particularly in remote sales environments
- Excellent coaching and development skills with a history of achieving results
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- A passion for delivering results and driving team success
- Experience within vape sales or field marketing is a plus
