Part Time Receptionist

We are seeking to appoint an organised and adaptable part-time Receptionist to join our front facing team of support staff. This role will provide vital administration support to the school.

The role is for 8 hours per week, 2pm - 4pm Tuesday to Friday, term time only.

This role requires excellent skills in communication – both verbal and written, attention to detail and the use of IT systems. The successful candidate will need to be able to work in a busy environment whilst remaining calm and professional at all times.

Experience of working in a school office would be an advantage, though full training will be provided.

Salary for this role will be based on Support Staff grade 5, currently £25,183 - £27,269 (pay award pending). Actual salary based on hours and term time working is £4,604 - £5,122 per annum.
