• Provide financial insights and recommendations to drive business profitability.
• Participate in strategic planning and forecasting activities.
• Analyse financial data and present financial reports in an accurate and timely manner.
• Collaborate with management to develop financial strategies.
• Ensure compliance with financial laws and guidelines.
• Develop budgeting processes and ensure budget adherence.
• Identify areas of financial performance improvement.
• Provide financial training to the management team as needed.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Business Partner should have:

• Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting and data analysis.
• Excellent strategic planning and financial forecasting abilities.
• Proficiency in financial software and MS Office.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

• An attractive salary package of approximately £45,000 - £55,000 GBP.
