Logistics/Goods in Administrator - Westcott - Part-time - FTC 9-12 months
Pertemps Aylesbury is currently recruiting for a Part-time Logistics/Goods in Administration for our client based in Westcott.
Contract: 9-12months FTCHours: Part-time 22 hours a week worked over 5 days (in the office)
Hourly rate: £12.50 - £14.00 (DOE)
Duties:
- Updating the 'goods in' KPI report each Monday morning
- Enabling access for delivery drivers/contractors
- Checking and signing for deliveries
- Sorting and dispatch goods received
- Checking delivery paperwork is correct against the delivery and book on the goods receipt log if needed
- Labelling items
- Scanning in delivery paperwork and saving on the system
- Generating goods in sheet and recording information on the sheet
- Updating relevant Excel files with good in information
- Booking collections/shipments on the website or other courier
- Generating shipping documents
- Checking courier invoices against shipments and informing finance of the cost codes required
- Raising purchase orders on the system against quotes
Requirements:
- Experience of Goods In
- Experience in Export shipping (including control documents)
- Able to use main Microsoft packages to a high standard
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Your own transport due to the location
