As a Logistics Administrator, you will be instrumental in ensuring the precise and timely processing of customer orders, cultivating robust partnerships with logistics providers, and assisting in the seamless operation of our client's UK office.

Your contributions will enhance customer satisfaction and optimise supply chain efficiency. ??

  • Location: London (Chancery Lane)
  • Working Pattern: Full Time, hybrid
⌛️ Contract Type: Temporary, ongoing
  • Hourly Rate: £15 - £16
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately process customer and internal sample orders in SAP.
  • Establish and maintain strong partnerships with logistics partners for on-time delivery.
  • Foster relationships with both new and existing customers.
  • Review and resolve delivery and supply chain inquiries efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the Supply Chain team on customer forecasts.
  • Provide vital administrative support, including meeting coordination and supplies management.
  • Ensure office facilities are maintained, liaising with the building manager as required.
  • Assist with diverse projects and ad hoc tasks as directed by the Supply Chain Manager.
  • Education, Experience & Knowledge:
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; numeracy and literacy skills are crucial.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • A solution-oriented and adaptable mindset.
  • Understanding of sales processes is beneficial.
  • Experience with SAP and Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) is preferred.
