Market Development Manager
Your new role
We are seeking a Senior Manager of Market Development to help shape the value proposition and communicate it to diverse audiences, including global insurers, brokers/advisors, and capital providers. In this role, you will project manage the New Entrant application process for new Syndicates and Managing Agents seeking to join the market, identify potential changes to our proposition to make it more competitive and easier to do business with, and work with external stakeholders and colleagues in the global network to drive profitable growth into the market.
What you'll need to succeed
This is a broad role working across multiple facets of the industry, you will ideally have worked in a consultancy environment as well as in a technical capacity in industry. You will need to have a good understanding of the (re)insurance landscape and be able to confidently engage with C suite and business leaders developing key relationships.
