Job Description
The successful Territory Sales Manager will:
- Driving sales within the FMCG sector
- Securing new business and managing existing accounts (circa 150)
- Independents Channel - including, hotels, retail / department stores etc
- Developing and implementing strategic sales plans, thinking outside the box!
- Maintaining strong customer relationships
- Monitoring market trends and competitor activity
- Providing accurate sales forecasts and reports
- Ensuring sales targets are met and exceeded
The Successful Applicant
A successful Territory Sales Manager should have:
- Proven experience in a Field/Area Sales Manager role ideally selling into Retail / Department Stores / Hotels / Premium Independent Audio / Radio Stores
- No direct reports for this role - solely, focusing on Account Management and innovation for BD
- Excellent communication and can sell Premium CE
- An ability to develop strategic sales plans
- A customer-focused approach
