Office Manager - Maidstone

I am currently recruiting for an Office Manager to join a fun and dynamic team, on a permanent and full time basis.
The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills and previous experience in an Administrative position.
Roles and Responsibilities for the Office Manager position –- Liaise and support the company directors, with the smooth operation of the business.
- Work alongside HR to maintain and update office policies.
- Distribute IT equipment across the office.
- Involvement with the recruitment / onboarding process of the new hires.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings.
- Book and manage travel requirements for the team, both domestic and internationally.
- Organise office and team events.
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or Administrator.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Packages (Outlook, Word, Excel etc.)
- Use of emailing scheduling tools, such as Mailchimp and Boomerang.
- Strong organisational and planning skills.
- Any qualifications in Administration are desirable however not essential.
- 23 days annual holiday, plus bank holidays.
- Free parking onsite.
- Monday – Friday role.
