This well-established law firm require an experienced PA to work within their friendly, innovative Leeds central office. This is an exciting opportunity to develop upon your skills within a thriving, award-winning law firm.
Daily Duties- Assisting with the billing and credit control process
- Diary management, booking travel, arranging meetings and events
- Preparation of meeting packs and itineraries
- Drafting and amending documents
- General file management and administration.
- Previous experience as a PA within a legal or professional services environment is essential
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent client care skills
- Confident with Microsoft Office suite.
