Zap is on the lookout for a talented and experienced Data & Analytics Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex datasets to help guide our digital strategies for various clients.You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data-driven decision-making processes across the organization.
As a Data & Analytics Executive, you will utilize your analytical skills to derive actionable insights and propose innovative solutions that enhance our clients' digital performance. If you have a keen eye for detail, a knack for problem-solving, and the ability to communicate complex findings clearly, we’d love to hear from you!
This is a permanent full time role.
As training is required we would prefer that you are based in Scotland, but definitely UK.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze data from multiple sources, nurturing our client’s digital campaigns with actionable insights.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Google Analytics to track performance and identify trends.
- Perform deep dives into campaign performance data, presenting findings and recommendations to internal teams and clients.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and digital teams to align data strategies with business goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging data analysis technologies to keep our practices cutting-edge.
Essential Skills:
- Proven experience in a data analysis or analytics role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Analytics, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Ability to work with large datasets and derive meaningful insights from them.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information for diverse audiences.
- Experience with SQL or similar database languages is a plus.
- Salary is competitive, negotiable and dependent on experience
- Company Bonus 10% of salary once company goals are met or at the company’s discretion which has been paid the past 5 years in a row
- Service Bonus of £1,000 per annum paid into your monthly salary up to 5 years / £5,000
