Page Personnel are actively working with a long standing client, who are searching for a Payroll Officer to join their team in Goole on a permanent basis. My client is looking for an organised and hard working individual to assist with payroll administration tasks, ensuring smooth and accurate payroll processing.Our client is a large organisation known for their commitment to training and development of their staff, and have a reputation for delivering high-quality services in Goole and beyond.
Job Description- Processing end to end payroll process
- Dealing with HMRC submissions
- Calculations of SSP & SMP
- Dealing with payroll queries over the phone and email
- Processing new starter and leaver information
- Preparation of P45's and P60's
- Prepare and submit payroll reports to the management team
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and irregularities
The Successful Applicant
A successful Payroll should have:
- A strong knowledge of payroll systems and procedures
- Relevant experience in similar payroll position
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong customer service focus
- Driven attitude to learn and progress
- An estimated salary range of £25,000 - £29,000 per annum
- 25 days of annual leave
