Telesales Executive

Job Overview:

Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

As a tele sales executive/telemarketer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients over the phone, generating new leads, and closing deals.

• Conduct a minimum 100 daily outbound sales calls to potential clients.
• Identify and pitch to director level decision makers at major Blue Chip companies.
• Work closely with the project director to generate new leads and close deals.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets on a regular basis.
• Use CRM software to manage and track leads, and to maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

• 3+ Years tele sales experience
• Proven track record of success in telesales to directors.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Results-oriented mindset and the ability to work towards and exceed targets.

• Small basic salary with high commission.
• Negotiable basic salary based on your experience.
• Weekly and Monthly payouts.
• Self-Employed.
