The Role
The firm are seeking a talented Real Estate Associate to join their dynamic Birmingham team. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with a market-leading firm and contribute to high-profile projects in the retail and leisure sectors.You will advise clients on the management, expansion, and disposal of their property portfolios, many of which are household names.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality legal services to clients in the retail and leisure sectors.
- Support the team in managing and advising on property acquisitions and disposals.
