What's the role about?:

Account Manager

Are you an experienced Account Manager with a background in field marketing, brand activation, or FMCG?
Do you thrive in fast-paced environments where you’re responsible for managing multiple campaigns at once?

Can you handle tight deadlines, tight budgets, and ever-evolving client needs, all while maintaining strong relationships?

Full time, Permanent

Salary: £38,000 to £44,000 per annum + up to 12% on target bonus opportunity
Working: Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week

Location: Hybrid with 1-2 days per week in Winnersh Head Office (RG41, one of the days in the office has to be a Wednesday)

Are you a proven multitasker who thrives in a high-pressure, fast-turnaround environment?

We’re looking for an experienced and agile Account Manager to lead client relationships in the on-demand, tactical world of field marketing. This is FMCG at its most fast-paced — where briefs come in thick and fast, deadlines are tight, and expectations are high.

You’ll need to hit the ground running. We’re talking multiple campaigns at once, often with same-week activation, and clients who rely on you to make things happen without missing a beat. From brand activations and new product launches, to short-notice tactical retail campaigns — you’ll be the one making sure it all runs like clockwork.

If you’ve worked in field marketing, brand activation, or FMCG campaign delivery, and you know how to keep your cool while juggling competing priorities — this is your next move.

Move fast. Stay sharp. Deliver big.

This role isn’t for everyone — but if it’s for you, you’ll love it here.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage client budgets effectively, optimising resource allocation and driving improved gross profit
  • Develop and maintain robust client and internal stakeholder relationships
  • Demonstrate proficiency in company systems (e.g., myWorld, NI) to facilitate seamless account management
  • Lead client communications, fostering strong field relationships and ensuring clarity
  • Manage day-to-day projects and ad-hoc tasks, delivering on time and within scope
  • Generate Statements of Work and Terms & Conditions for all client activities
  • Ensure timely invoice generation and issuance
  • Develop comprehensive proposals and budgets for new business opportunities
  • Attend client and new business meetings as required
  • Manage client reporting processes, providing insightful feedback and recommendations
  • Identify and implement opportunities for mutual growth
  • Resolving operational issues and contribute to the refinement of operational processes
  • Provide regular project and issue updates to the Account Director/Business Unit Director

What we're looking for:

  • Proactive and solution-oriented approach
  • Strong ownership and accountability
  • Positive and collaborative attitude
  • Results-driven and goal-oriented mindset
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in tactical, strategic or client account management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP) for data analysis
  • Demonstrated experience in budget management, forecasting, and expense tracking

In return we will offer you:

  • Hybrid working
  • Full training and ongoing support to enable you to fulfil your role to the best of your potential
  • Great career opportunities
  • A fun working environment where performance and success are really rewarded
  • Annual leave: 24 days (increasing annually up to 29 days) + bank holidays
  • Benefits include: medicash, enhanced pension, life assurance, enhanced paternity, maternity & adoption leave + Perkbox and Taste Card!

Let's grow together! Apply now.

Early applications are strongly encouraged as we reserve the right to pause or close this vacancy prior to the listed closing date.
