It Support Engineer

We are looking for an office based IT Support Engineer to join a market leader.
The salary will be £24,000 - £28,000, group performance bonus scheme, 25 days holidays +BH, Life insurance, Mon - Fri 8.30am - 5pm.
Roles & Responsibilities- Providing deskside support, which will include solving and closing tickets
- Assisting with onsite hardware support and mobile devices
- Infrastructure maintenance
- Maintaining operating systems, ensuring they are up to date and patched
- Hosting IT workshops with internal staff
- IT procurement and printer/photocopier maintenance
- General administration and data processing to include auditing equipment and keeping asset register updated
- A natural passion for IT
- Good communication skills (Written and over the telephone)
- Organised with a very good attention to detail
- Problem solving & trouble shooting
- Willingness to learn
- Windows 11
- Windows Server 2016+
- SQL Server 17+
- Active Directory
- Group Policy
- Networking – routers and switching
- Face to face and remote telephone support
- Microsoft 365 and accompanying suite of client applications

- MDM – mobile fleet setup and management
- Documentation, internal and end-user focused
- At least 1-2 years in a similar role
