About the Role:

As a Digital Project Manager, you will be at the forefront of our website transformation project, delivering a new user experience that assists domestic customers when they need it most. You will play a vital role in training a new AI tool, ensuring all legalities and cyber concerns are addressed, and supporting various ongoing projects within our digital portfolio.

What You'll Do:

� Lead and manage digital projects, ensuring successful delivery within time and budget constraints.

� Collaborate with multi-disciplined teams and stakeholders to drive innovative solutions.

� Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to gather insights and requirements.

� Address legal and cybersecurity concerns to maintain the integrity of our digital offerings.

� Foster a culture of creativity and problem-solving within the team.

Who You Are:

The ideal candidate will possess:

� Excellent Communication Skills: You can convey ideas clearly and engage with diverse stakeholders.
� Passion for User Experience: You have a keen eye for great user interaction and understand the significance of digital solutions.
� Project Management Expertise: Proven experience in managing complex digital and web application projects, including AI-related initiatives.
� Technical Leadership: A solid understanding of SAP technologies, including SAP S4 Hana, SAP BPC, and SAP SAC.
� Business Transformation Insight: Familiarity with driving change within an organisation, particularly in utilities.

� Collaboration Skills: You thrive in team environments, building consensus and encouraging participation.
