Agile M365 Project Manager (Contract / Outside IR35)

AGILE M365 PROJECT MANAGER

• Contract - 6 months
• £500 to £525 per day (Outside IR35)
• Hybrid (1 day per week on-site).

The ideal candidate will drive digital transformation, ensure seamless M365 adoption, and oversee Agile teams working on M365-related projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Project & Agile Management:

• Lead and manage a team that focus on Microsoft 365 (M365) implementation and enhancement projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Serve as Scrum Master for the team, facilitating Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives).
• Develop and maintain Agile project roadmaps, sprint backlogs, and ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.
• Ensure collaboration between cross-functional teams, including IT, business units, and external vendors.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and ensure continuous improvement within M365 projects.
• Drive M365 adoption strategies, training plans, and best practices for end-users and stakeholders.
• Align M365 capabilities with business needs, ensuring maximum productivity and collaboration efficiency.
• Monitor M365 performance, security, and compliance requirements, working with IT security teams to mitigate risks.
