Are you passionate about digital advertising and eager to make a significant impact? Zap is seeking a skilled Paid Media Executive to help manage and optimize our client's paid media campaigns. In this role, you will work closely with the marketing team to develop effective strategies, monitor performance, and achieve outstanding results for our clients.

This is a permanent full time role. As training is required we would prefer that you are based in Scotland, but definitely UK. Salary is 'dependent on experience' - don't let that put you off! Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and others.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research and competitive analysis to inform campaign strategies.
  • Monitor campaign performance and KPIs, providing regular reports and insights.
  • Collaborate with the content team to design compelling ad copy and visuals.
  • Identify opportunities for improvements and innovations within campaigns.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in paid media.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience working on paid media campaigns (1-2 years preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, and social media advertising platforms.
  • Excellent understanding of campaign building and ad copy generation.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • You’ll be a fast and efficient worker with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with A/B testing and optimization strategies is a plus.
  • You’ll be a team player, able to work and communicate effectively with other team members
  • You'll also be a strong solo artist too, being able to take ownership of a project and finish it in a timely manner

  • Salary is competitive, negotiable and dependent on experience
  • Company Bonus 10% of salary once company goals are met or at the company’s discretion which has been paid the past 5 years in a row
  • Service Bonus of £1,000 per annum paid into your monthly salary up to 5 years / £5,000
