Lettings Negotiator - London Full-Time, Permanent

All Round Property is a forward-thinking online estate agency with years of success in the London property market. As we expand our on-the-ground presence, we’re now hiring a Lettings Negotiators to join our dynamic, entrepreneurial team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Conducting high-quality property viewings across your allocated London zone (with flexibility to cover other areas when needed)
• Speaking with landlords to bring new instructions onboard
• Building and nurturing landlord and tenant relationships
• Managing appointments, leads, and communications remotely using our digital tools
• Collaborating with your local team for shared success

• £20,000 basic salary 10% commission per deal agreed (OTE £75,000+)

What We’re Looking For:

• Motivated, people-focused individuals – experience in lettings, sales or customer service is great, but not essential
• Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
• Confident, organised and hungry to succeed
• Comfortable travelling across London, either by car or public transport
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and part of a wider team
