Are you an experienced Warehouse Supervisor with a background in the removals and relocation industry? Based in West London, this role offers the chance to oversee warehouse operations for a leading removals company. You will manage the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring the safe handling and storage of client belongings.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supervising the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
• Managing the unloading, loading, and storage of items in the warehouse.
• Ensuring all items are stored properly and safely in accordance with health and safety regulations.
• Coordinating with the removals team to ensure the timely delivery of client goods.
• Overseeing the inventory management system to track incoming and outgoing stock.
• Leading a team of warehouse staff, providing training and support where needed.
• Ensuring the warehouse is organised and free from hazards.
• Maintaining accurate records of warehouse operations and inventory.
• Liaising with drivers and logistics teams to arrange pick-ups and deliveries.
• Ensuring all warehouse equipment is well maintained and in good working order.
• Managing the dispatch process, ensuring all goods are dispatched as per the schedule.
• Handling client complaints or issues related to warehouse operations.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in warehouse supervision, preferably in the removals or relocation industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety and inventory management.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
