Working Hours: Monday to Friday

As a Sous Chef, you’ll play a key role in managing the kitchen operations, supporting the Head Chef in creating innovative, fresh, and seasonal dishes. Your creativity and attention to detail will ensure that every meal served meets the highest standards of excellence.

• Assist the Head Chef in leading kitchen operations, ensuring smooth service
• Create and present high-quality dishes using fresh, seasonal ingredients
• Collaborate on innovative menu development to meet client and staff expectations
• Maintain food hygiene and health & safety standards in the kitchen
• Manage kitchen inventory, control food waste, and assist in cost management
• Mentor and train junior kitchen staff
• Uphold the high standards and brand image through exceptional foodOur Ideal Candidate Will:
• Have previous experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a high-volume kitchen
• Be passionate about food and delivering exceptional culinary experiences
• Have strong leadership and communication skills
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment with excellent organizational abilities
• Be well-versed in food hygiene and health & safety regulations
